The Pacific West Association of REALTORS® (PWR), the leading real estate organization serving over 11,000 members in Orange County and South Los Angeles, is pleased to announce that Derek Sprague has been named its Chief Executive Officer.
Derek Sprague brings to PWR a proven track record of leadership and in-depth real estate knowledge, having served as the CEO of Bakersfield Association for four years, as well as a Director for the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® for ten years. Other positions Derek held that exemplify his leadership acumen include a member of the Kern County Assessment Appeals Board, Director for the Kern Economic Development Corporation, and Director for the Kern County Taxpayers Association. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Marketing from California State University, Bakersfield.
