The Pacific West Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce an exciting partnership with California State University, Fullerton and its renowned Center for Real Estate - one of the largest and most comprehensive real estate programs in California. PWR and CSUF share the same goal to elevate education as well create valuable networking opportunities for CSUF students, PWR members, and those who are interested in a real estate career.
“We are honored to be partnering with a university that is focused on preparing their students for success in our continually evolving industry,” said Todd Rigby, PWR President. "Because the values between PWR and Cal State Fullerton are so well aligned, we can expand our reach to those already practicing in real estate to further their education and improve their skills - particularly in leadership.”
PWR members interested in leadership training will benefit from CSUF’s high quality instruction of timely and relevant topics. This will help them thrive in the workplace and in their communities, as well as prepare them for a potential leadership role at PWR. CSUF students will be able to access tools and training from PWR to help them gain practical knowledge about working as a REALTOR®. Besides education, the PWR and CSUF alliance will offer engaging networking events for CSUF students in a profession where relationship-building is vital to their success and longevity.
“This partnership represents a significant milestone for both Cal State Fullerton and our local real estate association, PWR,” said Greg Herder, Director of the Center for Real Estate. “Our collaboration will foster the exchange of professional knowledge and development that can only improve the quality of future real estate professionals and the industry as a whole.”
